All refunds are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline and are subject to applicable service fees. Please read this policy carefully before completing any booking.

FlyWithEase.online, operated by Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd and powered by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited (IATA License No. 14025685), acts as a travel intermediary. Refund eligibility is primarily determined by the fare rules set by the individual issuing airline — not solely by us.

3. Our Service Fees
- Cancellation Service Fee: A per-ticket fee applies to all cancellations processed by our agents. The exact amount will be communicated at the time of your request.
- Change / Rebooking Service Fee: A fee applies for itinerary modifications including date changes, route changes, or name corrections.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to check in without advance notice may result in full ticket forfeiture per the airline's no-show rules, with no refund.
Our service fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation or modification.
4. Airline-Cancelled or Disrupted Flights
If the airline cancels your flight, significantly delays it, or makes a major schedule change, you may generally be entitled to:
- A full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method, or
- Rebooking on an alternative flight at no extra charge.
We will assist you in filing your refund or rebooking request with the airline. However, the processing time and final outcome are governed by the airline's own policies.

5. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy (US DOT Rule)
For flights departing from the United States, the US Department of Transportation (DOT) requires airlines to allow passengers to cancel reservations within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. If you wish to exercise this option, contact us within 24 hours of your original booking confirmation.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Step 5: Upon your confirmation, we submit the refund or cancellation request to the airline and provide you with a reference number.
7. Refund Processing Timelines
- Credit and debit card refunds typically take 7 to 21 business days to appear on your statement.
- In complex cases, some airlines may take up to 45 business days or longer.
- All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at booking.
- Our service fees are deducted from the refund amount before it is issued.
Refund timelines are controlled by the airline and your card-issuing bank. We will provide all available reference information and follow up with the airline on your behalf when necessary.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Tickets purchased under non-refundable fare conditions (base fare portion).
- No-show bookings where the passenger did not travel and did not cancel in advance.
- Partially used tickets, unless the unused segment qualifies under the airline's specific policy.
- Our service fees charged for booking, cancellation, or modification.
- Cancellation requests made after the airline's stated deadline.
- Requests submitted after the scheduled departure time of the flight.
9. Flight Changes and Date Modifications
If you wish to change your travel dates, origin, destination, or any other itinerary detail, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Changes are subject to airline seat availability, fare differences, airline-imposed change fees, and our service fee. Our agents will advise you on the most cost-effective course of action.
10. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure. A suitable policy may cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, and baggage loss. We do not sell or underwrite travel insurance, but our agents can advise on what coverage to look for.
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you are owed a refund or have a billing concern, please contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with your bank. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us may delay any legitimate refund and may result in booking cancellation. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may be contested and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of associated costs.
