The website is operated by Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd, which manages advertising and marketing on behalf of Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14025685).

All flight bookings, airline ticketing, and travel fulfillment services are carried out exclusively by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited. By using our services, you enter into a binding agreement subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of booking.
• You must hold a valid payment method to complete your purchase.
• When booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their personal information and to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Our Role as a Travel Agency

FlyWithEase.online acts as an independent travel agency and intermediary between you and airlines or other travel service providers. We:

• Search for available flights and fares based on your stated travel requirements.
• Present options and provide fare quotes prior to confirming any booking.
• Process reservations through IATA-accredited channels via Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited.
• Provide ongoing customer support for booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations.

4. Booking Process

When you call our toll-free number (866) 949-1489 to book a flight:

• You must provide accurate passenger details including full legal names (as they appear on travel documents), dates of birth, travel dates, and destinations.
• Our agent will present available options and clearly state all applicable fares, taxes, and fees before confirming.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an e-ticket or booking reference.
• You are responsible for reviewing all confirmation details and notifying us promptly of any errors.
• Name corrections and itinerary changes after ticketing may be subject to airline fees and our service charges.

5. Pricing and Fees

• All fares are subject to availability and may change without notice until ticketed and confirmed.
• Quoted prices include our applicable service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Additional airline charges may apply for optional services such as seat selection, checked baggage, and in-flight meals.
• Service fees for cancellation and modification requests will be disclosed to you at the time of the request.
• Currency conversion differences may affect the final charge if your payment card operates in a different currency.

6. Payment

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed through secure PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the full confirmed amount for your booking.

Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded except in cases of involuntary cancellation by the airline.

8. Cancellations and Changes

9. Traveler Responsibilities

• Ensuring all passenger details are accurate and match official travel documents.
• Holding valid passports, visas, and all entry documentation required for your destination and transit countries.
• Arriving at the airport with adequate time for check-in, security screening, and boarding.
• Complying with the airline's baggage rules, conduct standards, and onboard policies.
• Verifying health requirements and any travel restrictions imposed by destination governments.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by airlines or third-party providers.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or war.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. All airline names and trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
